DO Cigales

Among the top 1% of the world. Grapes: Tempranillo (94%), Cabernet Sauvignon (4%) and Merlot (2%) Origin: Ribera del Duero - Crianza. Food pairing: Beef, Lamb, deer. Ed. The nose is almost sexual. Afterwards the tasting confirms the first impression. The soft but present tannins combine well with the fruity bouquet.
